Learning through Work Experience (70%)

Team members start their onboarding from day one and continue with regular and ongoing growth and development programs throughout their time at TLS.

We create development opportunities for team members through challenging tasks, project roles, cross-functional interactions, cross-regional engagements, and temporary and long-term job rotations—all aimed at fostering core skills, developing leadership, and driving career development.

Learning through Others (20%)

Learning Through Education (10%)

Coursework is an important tool, combining both internally designed and externally sourced courses and learning resources to provide learning opportunities for our team members, supporting key business processes, requirements, and initiatives.
