Thaile Semiconductor Co., Ltd.(TLS) was established in 2023 and is located in Rayong Province, Thailand. It is a comprehensive enterprise focused on the design, manufacturing, testing, and sales of semiconductor devices.
What we do
We provide high-performance semiconductor products, including diodes, transistors, ESD protection devices, MOSFET devices, transistors, and analog ICs. Our products are widely used in various industries such as automotive, industrial, automation, power, computing devices, consumer electronics, and mobile devices, and are weidely recognized by international customers.
